Two TravelGuard plans allow you to upgrade to "Any Reason" cancellation coverage

If your group plan requires group-rate coverage as detailed at www.tourgrouppro.com/insurance and you feel the reasons (noted at the middle of that webpage) are too limiting, you can upgrade that plan to cover trip cancellation for any reason up to 48 hours prior to departure. Only 50-75% of the non-refundable cancellation charge is covered.

The plan that covers 50% of non-refundable charge is called Gold Plan and the plan that covers 75% of non refundable charge is called Platinum Plan. Click on the previous links to determine the cost and multiply by 1.4 as in example below; you will owe this instead of the group-rate plan (or if group plan cost has already been paid, then you just owe the difference in cost to upgrade your coverage).

Below is an example of the Platinum Plan's cost for just the $3,001-3,500 coverage level:

There is a 14-day money back guarantee on the Gold/Platinum plans' insurance premium (and if their coverage is cancelled then you would be back on the group-rate plan) and after that it is nonrefundable.
