Newly improved for 2010, the group protection plan's medical coverage is now Primary, has increased coverage for baggage, extends trip cancellation coverage to include involuntary job loss and work reasons--all at no increase in cost! For coverage details: click here for printable page.
We need a birth date for each traveler on booking so that we can establish age group for coverage level. If birth date not advised price must default to highest level.
If customer ends up upgrading trip and is now in a higher trip cost bracket, he must pay the difference in premium cost.
If customer's trip cost ends up in a lower-priced bracket, then we will be able to give a refund IF known before the trip's balance due date.
Trip cost of $0 level provided for prize winners. Each traveler MUST buy coverage for all to be eligible for Group Rate plan.
Insurance premium is nonrefundable.
