TravelGuard Chartis' group protection plan now features an option to have an extra $25,000 medical coverage with an extra charge of $5 if age 0-34, $7 age 35-59 or $9 if age 60+ ...and for a dollar more the Medical Coverage is "Primary" and have a Hospital Of Choice provision for Emergency Evactuation with an extra charge instead of $6 if age 0-34, $8 age 35-59 or $10 if age 60+ (pay by tour's balance due date). We need a birth date for each traveler on booking so that we can establish age group for coverage level. If birth date not advised, the price must default to the age 60+ level.
If customer later upgrading trip and is now in a higher trip cost bracket, he must pay the difference in premium cost.
If customer's trip cost ends up in a lower-priced bracket, then we will be able to give a refund if known before the trip's balance due date.
Trip cost of $0 level provided for prize winners. To waive coverage, you must sign a waiver form (request at our office at the bottom) and return it to us before the balance due date.
NOTE: one can upgrade the above group-rate travel insurance for "any reason" coverage from TravelGuard (with a deductible). You just pay the difference in cost and will then have an individual policy instead. Click here for details (subject to change).
Insurance premium is nonrefundable.
