Full Screen: usually the video opens "small" in a browser and you cannot see the whole video then. Here's how to fix: click on the "Full Screen" icon at lower right (brown example shown below) to open up the video fully. You can click Esc key at any point (upper left of keyboard) if you want to exit full-screen mode. To see that icon, you may need to scroll down and over to the right.
If the "speaker" icon (see above brown example, middle) does not help you hear the video, see if you have your computer "muted" or turned down. You may have to also turn up your computer's volume. If you can't find your volume control, move your mouse to the lower, right part of the screen. Or click your computer's Start button, then open Settings > Control Panel > Sounds & Audio Devices.
Click the giant Triangle to start the video. Not here, on the browser after you click on the link in green area above. I know you knew that!
